Marketing & Movie Promotion

a) Represented and published MOVIES USA Magazine for 13 consecutive years, distributed free of charge in theatres in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, employing the U.S. style.

b) Provided management oversight of the company Educare (Brazil) in the following activities:

Aquisition and control of more than 47 movie theaters in 4 Brazilian states;

⦁ The financing and construction of 4 Screening Rooms in Rio de Janeiro and São Paulo, located in:

• The Rio de Janeiro Stock Exchange
• Hotel Le Méridien (Copacabana, Rio de Janeiro)
• Rio Atlantico Hotel
• Candido Mendes Building (Suite 3411)
• Look Movies (São Paulo)

These screening rooms promoted movie releases, including full bar service.

René Martin created the annual MOVIES USA Awards, which preceded the Oscars, and presentend the award-winning films of the Film Academy:

• Silence of the Lambs and Fried Green Tomatoes.

c) Produced a weekly program (Saturdays at 10 am) on TV Bandeirantes entitled MOVIES USA. The program presentend previews of upcoming films, including making of major films and interviews with artists.

d) Import and distribution of films;

e) Participated in the creation of the Film Festival in Búzios, Rio de Janeiro, participating in the supervision and promotion of Gran Cine Bardot.

f) Attended the Milano Film Festival (MIFED)

e) Recovered the negatives of the film “O Tesouro de Zapata”, the first color Ultrascope film in Brazil (1969), and an absolute box office success for EMBRAFILME.

• Sylvia Helena Leone is originally from Santos, São Paulo – Brazil. She has been living in Florida for 21 years and has always been passionate about making a difference in people’s lives.

It has an exclusive contract with the author René Martin, for exclusive rights to publish his 52 books in the United States, including more than 40 short stories, in hardcover and Kindle (eBook) format on Amazon.

It gave rise to the movie “Ecstasy of Sadists”, based in the best seller by Editora Bruguera (Spain) “The Free Flight of the Night Bird.”

René Martin is the pen name of international financial executive.

He held executive positions in financial institutions in several countries, and was awarded honorary titles tiwh teo North American States, for the States of Rio de Janeiro, and Paraná.

He wrote 51 books, of which 4 are feature films, the best known: “Zapata’s Treasure.”

He has written books and short stories in the fields of espionage, crime, and science fiction.

René Martin was a pioneer in writing scripts for 2 documentaries about UFOs, he organized and participated in the First Brazilian Congress of Ufology (São Paulo, 1978), with the presence of the Galileu da Ufologia Dr. J. Allen Hynek, an American astronomer and advisor to the United States Air Force with the Blue Book Project. He was a friend and representative of the CUFOS (Center for UFO Studies) Bulletin, created by Dr. Hynek. He published the first Brazilian magazine on the UFO phenomenon (Revista OVNI Documento), whose Editor-in-Chief was the Grande Dame of Ufology, Irene Granchi.

For years, René Martin has presented lectures to his followers covering the current UFO reports and the cover-up system, mainly in the annual publications: “Dialogues with the Universe”, and events organized by Rafael Cury.
